You can cancel at any time with no exit charges, early termination fees, or equipment lease penalties (if you've purchased your hardware outright). This is a core part of how we operate — we believe your continued business should be earned, not locked in.
Is surcharging legal in Canada?

Yes. Following a 2022 Visa/Mastercard class action settlement, Canadian merchants can legally add a surcharge of up to 2.4% on credit card transactions. Debit card (Interac) transactions cannot be surcharged. The disclosure requirement is automatically handled in your checkout flow — you stay fully compliant without any extra effort.
How long does it take to get set up?

Do I have to use all three products?

The bundle includes all three, and they work best together — but you're not required to actively use every feature. Some merchants start primarily using the payment processing and POS, then gradually activate more Grandco platform features as they get comfortable. You pay one bundle price and activate features at your own pace.
Will my customers be upset about surcharging?

In practice, very rarely. Most merchants report minimal customer friction, especially when debit card payments (which are never surcharged) are offered as an alternative.
